How Squaredle Weekly works
Squaredle Weekly uses the standard 4×4 path rules but selects a harder board for a longer solving session. The Required and Bonus lists are fixed with the published puzzle, your progress stays on this device, and the same challenge remains active for the full week.
Harder Required set
Weekly boards use hard difficulty and are selected for a larger, more demanding set of familiar Required words.
Stable challenge link
Share Result points back to the same published puzzle identity so another player can tackle the same letters.
More time for one board
Squaredle Weekly vs Daily Squaredle
Daily and Weekly both use a 4×4 grid, eight-direction letter paths, and the same recognized lexicon. The difference is cadence and difficulty: Daily changes every day and drives the daily streak, while Weekly stays available longer and is deliberately drawn from hard puzzles.
Daily
A shared board for one date, designed for a regular daily session and tracked by the Daily streak.
Weekly
A shared hard board that remains stable across the week and keeps its progress separate from Daily.
Published schedule
The current static schedule contains 52 Weekly assignments, each tied to a validated 4×4 puzzle.

When does the Squaredle Weekly puzzle change?
The shared Weekly board changes every seven days using the same configured puzzle timezone as the Daily game.
Is the Weekly challenge harder than Daily Squaredle?
Yes. Weekly uses hard-difficulty 4×4 puzzles and is intended to support a longer solving session.
Can I share the same Weekly board with someone else?
Yes. The challenge link points to the same published puzzle identity, including its fixed Required and Bonus answer lists.
Does Squaredle Weekly affect my Daily streak?
No. Weekly progress is stored separately and does not change the Daily or Express streak.
